Comments: PJSC "VimpelCom" invites organizations to participate in the Qualification selection for the choice of a contractor for the performance of works on the manufacture, installation, dismantling and operation of an advertising roof structure located at the address: Moscow, Krasnoproletarskaya str., 4. The office of PJSC "VimpelCom".
To apply for participation in the Qualification, you must attach to the application:
1) The completed participant's Application form should be submitted in PDF and Word format (scanned with signature).
2) A completed Qualification questionnaire (in Excel and PDF format with a signature and seal) and supporting documents, according to the content of the questionnaire.
• For each item of the qualification questionnaire, a list of documents required to confirm this item is written in the "Supporting documents" column. For items that are confirmed by a letter of guarantee, you must provide one letter of guarantee, which will list all the items. The letter of guarantee is provided in a free form on an official letterhead signed and sealed.
• In the questionnaire, you must specify the answer YES/NO to each item, as well as attach the necessary supporting documents.
3) Read the Privacy Statement and indicate your consent to it in the body of the letter.
4) Contacts of the responsible manager for this tender (full name, position, e-mail, landline phone, mobile phone).
You must also provide the following documents:
• scans of balance sheets certified by the company's seal and the tax authority.
• scans of profit and loss statements for the analyzed period, certified by the company's seal and the tax authority;
• filled in in accordance with the attached excel report template.
If the last available reporting is annual, then the annual reporting for the last 2 years is provided. If the last available reporting is for the quarter/half-year/9 months, then reports for 3 periods are provided: the last reporting period of the current year and 2 previous years. If the participant belongs to the holding, the consolidated financial statements of the holding are provided.
The package of documents must be sent to the email address Dedyulya.tender@beeline.ru (in the subject of the letter, you should specify "[Name of the supplier's organization] Advertising roof structure). The total size of the message should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters).
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC VimpelCom also means acceptance of the terms of the "Privacy Statement", and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the "Privacy Statement" in accordance with applicable law.
This invitation is not a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail obligations for PJSC VimpelCom provided for in these articles.
