To submit an application for participation in the procurement event and the Qualification stage
we ask you to send the following completed documents (documentation package)to the address by September 24, 2021:

The package of documents must be sent to the email address tender_ustinova@beeline.ru no later than September 24, 2021 (the subject of the letter should indicate "Name of the participant /Qualification registration of documents for antenna-mast structures and land plots). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive). The name of each file should indicate its content.
Based on the results of a full and comprehensive review of the documentation provided by the Participant, PJSC VimpelCom forms a list of Participants qualified by Category and meeting mandatory technical and commercial requirements. Such participants will be admitted to the next stage of the procurement event, and will also receive invitations to participate in other procurement events of PJSC VimpelCom by Category.
The procurement event is planned to be held in several stages:
1. stage-Qualification selection (verification of participants for compliance with qualification requirements on the basis of the received documentation).
2. stage – A commercial stage in the format of an electronic auction at the VimpelCom site with qualified participants.
Information about the results of the qualification selection, as well as information about the next stages of the procurement event, will be sent to the participants approximately after September 10, 2021.
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
• each scanned document should be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and appendices should also be grouped into one file, for example: The Charter should not be scanned in separate pages, but in one file (a PDF file in black and white format);
• each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
