The subject of the procurement event is the performance of a full range of works and services for the construction and modernization of communication facilities of PJSC VimpelCom, including the following works/services:
- conducting pre-project surveys (PPO);
- conducting engineering surveys;
- obtaining technical specifications from interested organizations; registration of rights to a land plot, to use structural elements of a building;
- development of PD, obtaining a construction permit/commissioning;
- carrying out excavation, construction, construction and installation, installation, commissioning, testing, integration, and other types of work, etc.

Geography of work: the territory of the South (Astrakhan, Volgograd, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Sochi, Elista).

Please note that our current partners in this category (have a valid contract for the design, construction and modernization of base stations with PJSC VimpelCom) do not need to provide a full package of documents, they will receive a separate request with a shortened list of documents by 04/25/2022 to contact postal addresses.

If you are just going to start cooperation with PJSC VimpelCom in this category, to participate in the purchase, you must provide the following documents to the email address tenders_Vinogradova@beeline.ru no later than 18:00 (Moscow time) on May 06, 2022 (in the subject of the letter, specify "Name of the organization/PIR, SMR BS South"). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive). The name of each file should indicate its contents:
1. Documents for participation
-The completed Questionnaire file of the participant of the procurement event, provide in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal) and Word

2. Analysis-rating
- A completed file in Excel format;
- Completed and signed scan in PDF format;

3. Statement of compliance with the qualification requirements. Before filling in, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the file "Instructions for filling out the Application for Compliance"
- A completed file in Excel format;
- Completed and signed scan in PDF format;
4. Provide all supporting documents in accordance with the points of the qualification requirements
* Please note that the "Block Factor" criterion in the qualification requirements is a mandatory compliance criterion.

2 types of contractors will be selected in each lot:
1. Large (with SRO for surveys), to which work on the construction of heavy objects from the ground will be transferred: AMS, poles, masts, as well as part of light and medium-sized objects, such as: standard on the roof, entrance, rental of high-rise structures, etc
. 2. Medium (without SRO for surveys), to which only light and medium objects will be transmitted.

A more detailed description of the work and the division into types of objects is given in the file "Declaration of Conformity", also in the file there is a detailed list of documents required for the qualification of each type of contractor.

Planned stages of procurement:
Stage 1. Qualification selection of participants.
Stage 2. Commercial stage in the format of electronic trading on the VimpelCom platform.
