This request for proposals is an internal procedure for selecting a supplier and should not be considered as tendering in the sense of the requirements of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition". Thus, this procurement procedure does not impose on VimpelCom PJSC an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations, including the mandatory conclusion of an agreement with any of the participants.
