PJSC "VimpelCom" invites you to take part in the prequalification for the selection of contractors for the repair of telecommunications equipment in the territory of the Russian Federation for 3 years.

To apply for participation in the procurement event, you must:
Read and fill out the "Documents for Participation" file by submitting in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal) and Word;
Read the file "Requirements for repair services";
Read and fill out the "Qualification Requirements" file, as well as provide the documents specified in this file;
Fill in the "Supplier Card" by providing it in Excel format;
Prepare the following documents in separate PDF files:
A certificate from the tax inspectorate on the absence of the counterparty's arrears in tax reporting and payment of taxes, dated no earlier than 1 month ago;
Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated no earlier than 1 year ago;
The current version of the Charter with the current amendments;
A power of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign documents on behalf of the organization;
Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
Certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
The document templates are in the archive "Documents of the Participant_remont оборудования.гаг ".

The package of documents must be sent to the email address MaVlOrlova@beeline.ru and MIKomarova@beeline.ru (in the subject of the letter, specify "qualification_report of equipment").
