Comments: The subject of prequalification is the supply of transformers to a warehouse in Moscow.

Planned purchase steps:
Stage 1. Formation of the list of interested participants. The approval of the composition of lots.
Stage 2. Collecting documents for qualification. Approval of the list of qualified participants.
Stage 3. Commercial stage among qualified participants.
Stage 4. Selection of winners.
Stage 5. Conclusion of contracts.
To pass Stage 1, you must send the following documents to the email address natvafedorova @ beeline.ru no later than August 01, 2019 (in the subject line you should indicate "Participant Name / Supply of Transformers"). The total letter size should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of one archive). The name of each file should indicate its content.
Documents for passing Stage 1_ (link to the package of documents is below the text):
1. Fill out the participant's application form, providing in PDF format (scan with signature);
2. Fill out Annex 1 of the Participant's details, submitting in Excel format;
3. Fill out Appendix 2. Financial analysis, presenting in Excel and PDF;
4. Fill out a negotiating agreement in PDF format.
You must also provide the following documents:
• An extract from the register dated 2019;
• The current version of the statute with the current changes;
• A power of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign documents on behalf of the organization;
• Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
• Certificate of entry in the register;
• The balance sheet (for 2017 and 2018, at least 2 quarters) or other documents describing the financial and economic activities of the organization, please provide for closed periods of the current year, as well as a report at the end of previous periods (maximum 3 years);
• Profit and loss account for the last two reporting years.
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• the participant should ensure that every scanned document is easy to read;
• Each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved into a separate file, and a document containing several pages and applications must also be grouped into one file, for example: The statute must be scanned not as separate pages, but into a single file (PDF file in black and white);
• each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
