PJSC "VimpelCom" invites you to participate in the pre-qualification of contractors to participate in the procurement event for the selection of contractors for the provision of services for the development of mineralized strips on territory of the Russian Federation, for a period of 3 years.Collapse
Comments: The subject of prequalification is:
Execution of works on arrangement of mineralized strips in accordance with and in the volumes specified in the project of development of forests on the object of the Customer. The full description of the works is listed in the terms of reference (link).
Geography of work: The forecast area of the work is presented in the file 05 Geography.xlsx. (the link to the document package is located at the bottom of the text). Works must be performed in the Southern, Volga and Far East regions. The entire scope of work will be divided into lots on the territorial basis.
Planned procurement stages:
Phase 1. Creating a list of stakeholders.
Phase 2. Collection of documents for Qualification. Approval of the list of qualified participants.
Stage 3. Commercial stage among qualified participants.
Step 4. Selection of winners.
Phase 5. Conclusion of contracts.
To complete Phase 1, please send the following documents to Tenders_IDzantiev@beeline.ru no later than November 15, 2019. (the subject of the letter should indicate "Name of the participant/Arrangement of the MP). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive). The name of each file must indicate its contents.
Documents for Stage 1_ (link to the documentation package):
1. Fill in the Participant Questionnaire by submitting in PDF format (scanned with signature);
2. Fill in Annex 1 details of the participant, submitting in Excel format;
3. Fill in Annex 2. Financial analysis, presented in Excel and PDF format (scanned with signature);
4. Fill in the negotiation agreement in PDF format (scanned with signature);
5. Fill in the Geography.xlsx file and specify the branches where your organization is ready to perform the requested work. Provide in Excel format.
It is also necessary to provide the following documents:
• Excerpt from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated 2019. ; $
• The current version of the charter with current changes;
• Power of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign documents on behalf of the organization;
• Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
• Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
• Balance sheet (for 2017 and 2018, 2019 at least 2 quarters) or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activity of the organization please provide for closed periods the current year, as well as the report for the end of previous periods (maximum for 3 years);
• Profit and loss statement for the last two reporting years.
Electronic copies of documents shall meet the following conditions:
• the participant should ensure that every scanned document is easily readable; $
• each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, a single page document being saved in a separate file and a document containing multiple pages and annexes, $ should also be grouped into a single file, for example: Charter should be scanned not by separate pages, but into one file (PDF file in black and white format);
• each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.$
Term of providing feedback from PJSC Vimpelcom: no later than November 22, 2019.
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC "VimpelCom" also implies acceptance of the terms of the "Privacy Statement" and you will be responsible for Failure to comply with the terms of the Privacy Statement in accordance with applicable law.
This invitation does not constitute a notice of holding an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail for PJSC "VimpelCom" the obligations provided for by these articles.
Venue of bidding:
