PJSC "Vimpelcom" invites to take part in the preliminary qualification in order to carry out a purchase event for the performance of works on the design and construction of base stations on the territory and infrastructure of the Moscow Metro.
Subject of purchase: Services in survey, design and construction of base stations with full complex of antenna-feeder devices and engineering equipment. The Complete technical assignment will be provided to the participants later in the qualification stage.
Planned stages of the procurement event:
Stage 1. Formation of the list of interested participants.
The Stage 2. Collection of documents for Qualification.
Stage 3. Commercial stage among qualified participants.
Step Four. Selection of winners.

Comments: the Participant can apply for prequalification (passage of Stage 1) in case of:
• The Participant has a civil capacity for the conclusion and execution of the contract.
• The Financial stability of the participant is not critical.
• The Participant is a member of SRO in the field of architectural and construction design.
• The Participant is a member of SRO in the field of construction, reconstruction, major overhaul of capital construction objects
• The Participant and/or subcontractor organization, which the participant plans to involve for realization of the given project, has the corresponding tolerance for possibility of performance of works in the Moscow Metro.
A Complete list of qualifying requirements will be provided to participants later in the qualification phase.

- Extract from the EGRUL dated 2019;
- Current wording of the Charter with current changes;
- A power of Attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign documents on behalf of the Organization;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Certificate of entry into the EGRUL;
- The balance sheet or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activities of the Organization please provide for closed periods of the current year, as well as a report at the end of previous periods (as much as 3 years).
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• The participant must ensure that each scanned document is readable;
• Each scanned document must be saved to a separate file, and a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing multiple pages and applications must also be grouped into a single file, for example: The Charter should be scanned not by separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
• Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
