According to the results of qualification the supplier will be assigned the following status:

• is not qualified.

Phase 1. Collection of documents and verification of potential participants (qualification)
Phase 2. Commercial stage among qualified participants.
Step 3. Selection of winners.
Step 4. Conclusion of contracts.
To complete Phase 1, you must submit the following documents to Tenders_AKabanova @beeline email address. No later than 18:00 (MSK) August 16, 2019 (in the subject of the letter you should specify "Name of the organization/Delivery). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive). The name of each file must indicate its contents.
Documents for the passage of Stage 1:
1. Participant Questionnaire - It is necessary to fill in and send in Word format and signed scan with print in PDF
2. Questionnaire of potential supplier—Must be completed and sent in Excel format
3. Financial Analysis-Must be completed and sent in Excel format and signed scan with print in PDF
4. Negotiation agreement—You must fill in and send a signed scan with a stamp in PDF
5. Profile_geography of delivery-Must be filled in and sent in Excel format
6. Qualification Statement with accompanying documentation package specified in the application- Must be completed and sent in Excel format and signed scan with print in PDF
7. Letter to the participant - Do not fill, read
It is also necessary to prepare the following documents in PDF format:
- Excerpt from the Unified State Register dated 2019;
- The current version of the charter with current changes;
- Power of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign
documents on behalf of the organization;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- The balance sheet or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activity of the organization please provide for closed periods of the current year, as well as the report for the end of previous periods (maximum 3 years).
Electronic copies of documents shall meet the following conditions:
the participant should ensure that every scanned document is easily readable; $
each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.$
