5. A statement of compliance with the qualification requirements with the package of supporting documentation specified in the application - It is necessary to fill out and send in Excel format and a signed scan with print in PDF

It is also necessary to prepare the following documents as separate PDF files:
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated 2020;
- The current edition of the charter with the current amendments;
- A power of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign
documents on behalf of the organization;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- Please provide the balance sheet or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activities of the organization for closed periods of the current year, as well as a report at the end of previous periods (for a maximum of 3 years).
Electronic copies of documents must satisfy the following conditions:
the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
