PJSC "VimpelCom" invites you to take part in the procurement event for the selection of a supplier for emergency recovery works (AVR) and reinforcement of Antenna-mast structures (AMC) and infrastructure of mobile network sites at the facilities of PJSC "VimpelCom" and JSC "NBK".Collapse
Comments: The subject of prequalification is:
Repair works on AMC and infrastructure sites of mobile network,
Conducting pre - project surveys/surveys, $
Change of the category of operability (technical condition) of existing AMS,
Implementation of works to strengthen existing AMS at the facilities.

The territory of rendering services — the Russian Federation.
Geography of work: The forecast area of the work is presented in the file 05 Geography.xlsx. The entire scope of work is divided into lots on the territorial basis.
Planned procurement stages:
Phase 1. Collection of documents for Qualification. Approval of the list of qualified participants.
Phase 2. Commercial stage among qualified participants.
Stage 3. Selection of winners.
Step 4. Conclusion of contracts.
To complete Phase 1, please send the following documents to Tenders_IDzantiev@beeline.ru no later than February 21, 2020. (in the subject of the letter you should specify "Name of the participant /AMC of the Russian Federation). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive). The name of each file must indicate its contents.
Documents for Stage 1_ (link to the documentation package):
1. Fill in the Participant Questionnaire by submitting in PDF format (scanned with signature);
2. Fill in Annex 1 details of the participant, submitting in Excel format;
3. Fill in Annex 2. Financial analysis, presented in Excel and PDF format (scanned with signature);
4. Fill in the negotiation agreement in PDF format (scanned with signature);
5. Fill in file 6. Questionnaire of a potential supplier, presenting in Excel format.
6. Fill in file 8. Qualification requirements by presenting in Excel and PDF format (Scan with signature and seal). And also by submitting all the necessary documents to confirm compliance with the qualification requirements.
It is also necessary to provide the following documents:
• Excerpt from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated 2019. ; $
• The current version of the charter with current changes;
• Power of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign documents on behalf of the organization;
• Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
• Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
• The balance sheet (for 2018 and the first 3 quarters of 2019) or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activity of the organization please provide for closed periods of the current year, and also report for the end of previous periods (maximum for 3 years);
• Profit and loss statement for the last two reporting years.
Electronic copies of documents shall meet the following conditions:
• the participant should ensure that every scanned document is easily readable; $
• each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, a single page document being saved in a separate file and a document containing multiple pages and annexes, $ should also be grouped into a single file, for example, the Charter should be scanned not by separate pages, but into one file (black and white PDF file);
• each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.$
All organizations that are active providers of services of PJSC "VimpelCom" on the implementation of AMC and strengthening of AMC, as well as organizations qualified in the tender for the construction of mobile phones network 2020-2021, will be autoqualified for further participation in the tender.
Term of providing feedback from PJSC Vimpelcom: no later than February 28, 2020.
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC "VimpelCom" also means acceptance of the terms of the "Privacy Statement", and you will bear the liability for failure to comply with the terms of the Privacy Statement in accordance with applicable law.
This invitation does not constitute a notice of holding an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail obligations for PJSC "VimpelCom". provided for in these articles.$
Venue of bidding:
