Scope of work — equipment for 1990 ODN. Heat boxes, feeder track, fasteners and so on are subject to painting.
We inform you that the procurement event is supposed to be carried out in several stages:
Stage 1 — Qualification selection;
Stage 2 — Commercial stage in electronic trading format at VimpelCom site.
To participate in the Qualification deadline no later than 06.11.2019, please send the following documents to Tenders_Vinogradova@beeline.ru:
1. Fill in the Participant Questionnaire by submitting in PDF format (scanned with signature);
2. Fill in Annex 1 of the questionnaire of potential supplier of PJSC "VimpelCom", submitting in Excel format;
3. Fill in Annex 2. Financial analysis, presented in Excel and PDF format (scanned with signature);
4. Negotiation agreement, providing in PDF format (scanned with signature);
Completed Statement of Compliance with Qualified Requirements by submitting it in Excel and PDF formats (scanned with signature);
In order to confirm compliance with the qualification requirements, it is also necessary to attach all required in the Declaration of Conformity of the Annex
Requirements for electronic copies of documents:
Each electronic document must be:
easy to read;
is saved to a separate file, a single page document is saved to a separate file and a document containing multiple pages and annexes must also be grouped into a single file, $ for example: $ Charter should be scanned not by separate pages, but into one file (PDF file in black and white format);
have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
