2G / 3G / 4G / 5G / IoT (Smart Network Planning) software for smart planning and budgeting of mobile communication networks
Comments: The goal of the project is to automate the RAN medium / long-term planning process and automate the budget process support
The main tasks of the SNP tool are to perform calculations of the required development of coverage and capacity according to the requirements for target KPIs and to evaluate target KPIs.
The result of the calculation is a targeted network development plan, CAPEX and an assessment of the KPI values. Requires a multi-vendor solution with support for 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G / IoT billing.
The SNP product must provide control over the implementation of all SNP algorithms from a single user interface, have a current commercial release and a development plan for the next 2 years (roadmap).
We inform you that the procurement event is supposed to be carried out in several stages:
- Stage 1 - Pre-qualification selection;
- Stage 2 - Qualification selection (including pilots);
- Stage 3 - Commercial stage in the format of electronic trading on the VimpelCom site.
To participate in procurement events no later than 10.08.2020, you must send the following documents to the email address Tenders_Vinogradova@beeline.ru:
- 1. Fill out the Participant's Questionnaire, providing it in PDF format (scanned with a signature);
- 2. Fill in Appendix 1 Form of a potential supplier of PJSC VimpelCom, submitting it in Excel format;
- 3. Fill in Appendix 2. Financial analysis by submitting in Excel and PDF format (scan with signature);
- 4. Negotiating agreement by submitting in PDF format (scanned with signature);
- 5. Provide information about your SNP product in the form of the following sections (detailed description of each section in the attached SNP_RFI file):
- General description of the system
- List and description of SNP functionality.
- Application architecture, required technology stack to run and hardware requirements, scalability. Data sources used for calculations, interfaces supported.
- Implementation and subsequent support of the solution
- Typical plans for implementation of the solution.
- Training.
- Roadmap.
- Reference list.
Requirements for electronic copies of documents:
Each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and attachments should also be grouped into one file, for example: The Charter must be scanned not in separate pages, but in one file (file PDF format in black and white);
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
When responding to this request, please indicate "Organization Name / SNP". The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of one archive). The name of each file should indicate its content.
