PJSC "VimpelCom" invites your company to take part in the prequalification of contractors for participation in procurement activities at the choice of a supplier of Software for monitoring and changing logical parameters on mobile communication networks of CORE \ RAN \ TN (Configuration Management) subsystems of all equipment manufacturers.Collapse

Software for monitoring and changing logical parameters on mobile communication networks of CORE \ RAN \ TN (Configuration Management) subsystems of all equipment manufacturers.
Comments: The goal of the project is to automate the control of the set values of the logical parameters of the CORE \ RAN \ TN subsystems for their compliance with the approved templates.
The main tasks of CM are the formation of scripts to change the discrepancies of logical parameters from the approved templates and the formation of reports on the consistency of templates and parameters in different sections. A multi-vendor solution with support for CORE \ RAN \ TN subsystems and 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G / IoT technologies is required.
The CM product must provide control of the set values of the logical parameters of the CORE \ RAN \ TN subsystems for their compliance with the approved templates for all equipment manufacturers from a single user interface, have a current commercial release and a development plan for the next 3 years (roadmap).
We inform you that the procurement event is supposed to be carried out in several stages:
1. stage - Pre-qualification selection;
2. stage - Qualification selection (including pilots);
3. stage - Commercial stage in the format of electronic trading on the VimpelCom site.
To participate in procurement activities no later than 09/04/2020, you must send the following documents to the email address tenders_Vinogradova@beeline.ru:
1. Fill in the Participant's Questionnaire, providing it in PDF format (scanned with a signature);
2. Fill out Appendix 1 Form of a potential supplier of PJSC VimpelCom, submitting it in Excel format;
3. Fill in Appendix 2. Financial analysis by submitting in Excel and PDF format (scan with signature);
4. Agreement on negotiating, providing in PDF format (scanned with signature);
5. Provide information about your CM product in the form of the following sections (general information is specified in the CM_RFI file):
a) General description of the system;
b) List and description of the CM functionality;
c) System architecture, required technology stack to run and hardware requirements, scalability. Data sources used for calculations, supported interfaces.
d) Implementation and subsequent support of the solution;
e) Typical plans for the implementation of the solution;
f) Training;
g) Roadmap;
h) Reference list;
6. Fill in the CM RFi.xlsx table in the CM_RFI file.
Requirements for electronic copies of documents:
1. Each electronic document must be:
a) easy to read;
b) saved in a separate file, while the document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and the document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one file. For example, the charter must be scanned not in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
c) have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content;
d) When responding to this request, please indicate "Organization Name / SNP". The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of one archive). The name of each file should indicate its content;
