PJSC VimpelCom conducts prequalification of suppliers at the choice of the contractor to form a list of participants of the procurement event for the provision of services:
- Production of POS-materials according to the customer's layouts (leaflets of A4, а5, euro, euro in a reversal; posters of A1-A4 formats; envelopes with logos);
- Delivery of the manufactured products to the branches of the western region.
The subject of purchase includes 1 lot, including all kinds of works on all designated territory.

To participate in prequalification the supplier must:

1. Read the privacy statement;
Please note that your agreement to participate in the purchase event of VimpelCom means acceptance of the terms of the privacy statement and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the privacy statement in accordance with applicable law.

2. Fill in the questionnaire of the participant of the purchase event, providing in PDF format (scan with signature of the authorized person).

3. Fill in the form fin. Analysis for the last 2 years and provide it in Excel format (also need to be confirmed in the form of accounting documents for closed periods (accounting balances, income statements) with a mark from the tax).

4. Fill in the vendor card.

5. See the technical requirements for the participants.

Please, note! Archive with documents p. 2, 3, 4 is reserved, the password to the archive is specified in the file "privacy statement".

Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:

1. The participant must ensure that each scanned document is readable;
2. Each scanned document must be saved to a separate file, and the document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing multiple pages and applications must also be grouped into a single file;
3. Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.

The package of documents should be attached in response to the preliminary qualifying selection on the application № 1134030 no later than 14-00 (CET) on November 28, 2018.
