Comments: PJSC VimpelCom conducts prequalification of suppliers at the choice of the contractor to form a list of participants of the purchase event for rendering services on placement of information materials in mass media and organization of press events in the western region of PJSC " (Validity of the contract is 2 years).
The subject of purchase includes 2 lots:
1. Publications in the mass media (in the cities of St. Petersburg, Arkhangelsk, Bryansk, Belgorod, Vologda, Voronezh, Veliky Novgorod, Kaliningrad, Kursk, Lipetsk, Murmansk, Orel, Pskov, Petrozavodsk, Tambov):
- Preparation of media-plan and organization of news, articles, interviews and other information materials in regional mass media for project tasks and campaign budgeting;
- Development and preparation of information stories about the company's activities for regional TV and radio, organization of coordination with the customer and release in the media;
- Development of concepts of information materials for publications in mass media and projects with participation of opinion leaders.
2. Organization of press events (d. St. Petersburg):
Development of the concept of the event, writing of press materials, selection of relevant media for invitations, invitation of journalists, distribution of press materials, monitoring of the results.
To participate in prequalification the supplier must:
1. Read the privacy statement;
Please note that your agreement to participate in the purchase event of VimpelCom means acceptance of the terms of the privacy statement and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the privacy statement in accordance with applicable law.
2. Fill in the questionnaire of the participant of the purchase event, providing in PDF format (scan with signature of the authorized person).
3. Provide documentation:
- Extract from the Egrul, certified by STI, dated no later than March 2019 (electronic signature is allowed);
- Charter;
- Order on appointment of the Director General and actual decision on election/appointment of the manager;
- Copy of the state certificate. Registration (OGRN);
- Copy of the certificate of assignment of tin;
- Financial documents for closed reporting periods (year, quarters) with notices of receipt and absence of errors from STI.
4. Fill in the file of compliance with qualifying requirements.
