PJSC "VimpelCom" invites your organization to participate in the pre-qualification selection for the formation of a long list of participants of the procurement event for the selection of contractors to provide Event management services for Western Region staff in 2020-21.

PJSC "VimpelCom" invites your organization to take part in the prequalification for the formation of a long list of participants in the procurement event for the selection of contractors for the provision of event management services for employees of the Western region in 2020-21.
Organization of the turnkey event:
• development of a creative concept, scenario content and estimates;
• quality and term control;
• work with the site, staff, artists, restaurant service;
• preparation of a report on the results of the eventCollapse
Comments: PJSC VimpelCom conducts prequalification of suppliers in the category "Holding corporate events", including:
• development of creative concept, scenario filling and estimate;
• control over the quality and duration of works;
• work with the platform, staff, artists, restaurant service;
• preparation of a report on the results of the event.
To participate in the pre-qualification, the supplier must:
1. Read the Privacy Statement;
Please note that your consent to participate in PKO PJSC "VimpelCom" signifies acceptance of the terms of the "Privacy Statement" and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms " Privacy Policy" in accordance with applicable law.
2. Fill in the questionnaire of the Participant of the PURCHASE, providing in PDF format (scan with the signature of the authorized person).
3. Fill in the Questionnaire of the potential supplier with mandatory indication of the territory of service provision, providing in Excel format.
4. To provide the constituent documentation:
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities certified by DPI dated no later than December 2019. (electronic signature is allowed); $
- Charter;
- Order on appointment of the Director General and current decision on election/appointment of the head;
- copy of the certificate of state registration (OGRN);
- copy of the certificate of assignment of TIN;
5. Fill in the file FinAnaliz_rating and attach supporting financial documents for closed reporting periods (year, quarters) with a mark from the tax on acceptance of documents and absence of errors (for electronic versions).
6. Get acquainted with the qualification requirements by providing in PDF format a scan of the signed statement of compliance with qualification requirements and a scan of supporting documents.
7. Get acquainted with the Test task, perform it, providing at least 2 primary concepts with preliminary estimates.
Please, note! The archive with documents is stored, the password to the archive is specified in the file "Privacy Statement".
Electronic copies of documents shall meet the following conditions:
1. The participant should ensure that every scanned document is easily readable;
2. Each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, a single page document being saved in a separate file and a document containing multiple pages and annexes, $ should also be grouped into a single file;
3. Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its contents.
