Comments: PJSC Vimpelcom carries out prequalification of suppliers in the category "Holding corporate events", including:
• development of a creative concept, scenario content and estimates;
• quality and term control;
• work with the site, staff, artists, restaurant service;
• preparation of a report on the results of the event.
To participate in the prequalification, the supplier must:
1. Read the privacy statement;
Please note that your consent to participate in PJSC VimpelCom means acceptance of the terms of the "Privacy Statement", and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the "Privacy Statement" in accordance with applicable law.
2. Fill in the QUESTIONNAIRE PARTICIPANT'S QUESTIONNAIRE by submitting in PDF format (scan with the signature of an authorized person).
3. Fill out a form of a potential supplier with a mandatory indicating the territory of the provision of services, providing in Excel.
4. Provide constituent documentation:
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities certified by STI dated no later than December 2019 (electronic signature allowed);
- Charter;
- Order on the appointment of the Director General and the current Decision on the election / appointment of the head;
- copy of state certificate registration (OGRN);
- copy of TIN assignment certificate;
5. Fill out the file FinAnaliz_rating and attach supporting financial documents for closed reporting periods (year, quarters) with a note from the tax on the acceptance of documents and no errors (for electronic versions).
6. Get acquainted with the qualification requirements by providing in PDF format a scan of the signed statement of compliance with the qualification requirements and a scan of supporting documents.
7. Familiarize yourself with the Test task, complete it by providing at least 2 primary concepts with a preliminary estimate.
Please, note! The archive with documents is password-protected, the password for the archive is specified in the "Privacy Statement" file.
Electronic copies of documents must satisfy the following conditions:
1. The participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
2. Each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and applications should also be grouped into one file;
3. Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
