To participate in prequalification, a supplier must:
1. Read the Privacy Statement;
Please note that your consent to participate in PJSC VimpelCom PJSC constitutes acceptance of the terms of the Confidentiality Statement, and you will be liable for non-compliance with the terms of the Confidentiality Statement in accordance with applicable law.
2. Fill out the PROCUREMENT PARTICIPANT APPLICATION, providing it in PDF format (scanned with the signature of an authorized person).
3. Fill in the Form of a potential supplier with the obligatory indication of the territory of the provision of services, providing it in Excel format.
4. Provide constituent documentation:
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, certified by the State Tax Inspection, dated not earlier than August 2020 (electronic signature is allowed);
- Charter;
- Order on the appointment of the General Director and the current Decision on the election / appointment of the head;
- copy of the certificate of state. registration (OGRN);
- copy of the TIN assignment certificate;
5. Fill in the FinAnaliz_rating file and attach supporting financial documents for CLOSED reporting periods (year, quarters) with a note from the tax office that the documents were accepted and that there were no errors (for electronic versions).
6. Get acquainted with the qualification requirements by submitting in PDF format a scan of the signed statement of compliance with the qualification requirements and scans of supporting documents.
Please, note! The archive with documents is password-protected, the password to the archive is specified in the file "Privacy Statement".
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
1. The participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
2. Each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one file;
3. Each document should have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
