PJSC "VimpelCom" invites your Organization to participate in the preliminary qualification selection of contractors for the formation of a list of bidders for the design and construction of urban FOCL.
The Western Region of PJSC VimpelCom, according to the address program, in 2021-2022, on the territory of the regions/ Lots of Lots:
Lot # 1_ Saint Petersburg + Leningrad Region;
Lot # 2_ Arkhangelsk region;
Lot # 3_ Murmansk region;
Lot # 4_ Republic of Karelia;
Lot # 5_ Kaliningrad region;
Lot # 6_ Vologda region;
Lot # 7_ Novgorod region;
Lot # 8_ Pskov region.Collapse
Comments: To participate in the Qualification, the Participant must::
1. Accept the Requirements of VimpelCom, reflected in the attached documents, or submit a reasoned proposal for making changes/clarifications to the Requirements. VimpelCom, for its part, considers such proposals/changes and notifies the Participant of the acceptance/rejection of the specified proposals/clarifications of the Participant.
2. Within the deadline set in the ad, upload the following documents to the B2B platform::
2.1. the completed questionnaire of the participant of the procurement event in PDF format (scanned copy with signature and seal);
2.2. a completed questionnaire of a potential supplier in EXCEL format;
2.3. completed qualification requirement in PDF format (scanned copy with signature and seal);
2.4. a completed application form for financial verification in EXCEL format;
2.5. financial statements for 2018, 2019, 2020 with the mark of the Federal Tax Service;
2.6. statutory documents of the Organization.
Based on the results of the consideration of the submitted documents, VimpelCom forms a list of Participants who meet the mandatory technical and commercial requirements. Such Participants will be able to continue participating in the Purchase, receive clarifying requests and / or additional requirements. Each Participant will be notified in writing of the result of the Qualification.
Please note that in order to participate in any procurement event of PJSC VimpelCom, you need to read the information on the procurement process of PJSC VimpelCom, set out in the file to the Participant of the procurement event.
By submitting documents at any stage of the procurement process, you confirm that you are familiar with the information about the procurement process and comply with its provisions and requirements.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
