PJSC VimpelCom invites your organization to participate in the preliminary qualification selection for the formation of a long list of participants in the procurement event for the provision of services for the placement of advertising and information materials in the entrances of residential buildings in the cities of the Western region (the contract period is 1 year). Areas of service provision:

Pre-qualification for the category "Placing indoor advertising materials in the entrances of residential buildings", including:
- driveway and inner-driveway gluing, direct, stickers, dorhengers;
- Info boards (inbound and intra-driveway)
- glazed boards in the elevator;
- shields
- custom boards;
- intercom stands.
Comments: PJSC Vimpelcom conducts prequalification of suppliers in the category "Placement of advertising and information materials of the indoor category in the entrances of residential buildings", including:
- high-entry and intra-entry pasting, direct, stickers, doorhangers;
- infodosks (elevated and intra-entrance);
- glazed boards in the elevator;
- nameplates;
- own boards, non-standard;
- intercom stands.
To participate in the prequalification, the supplier must:
1. To get acquainted with the information on the procurement process of PJSC "VimpelCom" (file "Procurement process").
2. Fill out the QUESTIONNAIRE OF the PARTICIPANT OF the PROCUREMENT EVENT by submitting in PDF format (a scan with the signature of an authorized person).
3. Provide constituent documents (Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, certified by the State Tax Service, dated no earlier than October 2021 (electronic signature is allowed); Charter; Order on the appointment of the General Director and the current Decision on the election/appointment of the head; A copy of the certificate of state registration (OGRN); A copy of the certificate of assignment of the TIN)
4. Fill out a Questionnaire for financial verification and attach supporting financial documents for 2 reporting years (2019, 2020) with a note from the tax office on the acceptance of documents and the absence of errors (for electronic versions).
5. Fill out the "Qualification Questionnaire" and provide the necessary supporting documents specified in the questionnaire.
6. Fill out the "Questionnaire of a potential supplier" with contact information about the organization and indicating the areas of presence.
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
1. The participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
2. Each scanned document should be saved to a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing several pages and appendices should also be grouped into one file.;
3. Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.

The package of documents must be attached when responding to this prequalification no later than 18-00 (Moscow time) on November 01, 2021 or sent to the e-mail address of the procurement Department of the Western Region of PJSC VimpelCom: Tender_NWR@spb.beeline.ru .
This invitation is not a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail obligations for PJSC VimpelCom provided for in these articles.
