PJSC VimpelCom invites your organization to participate in the preliminary qualification selection of contractors for the formation of a list of participants in the procurement event for the provision of services for the production and supply of information and reference materials in the Western Region (hereinafter referred to as Prequalification). Production and delivery of information and reference materials
Comments: PJSC Vimpelcom conducts prequalification of suppliers for the formation of a list of participants in the procurement event for the provision of services:
- production of POS materials according to the Customer's layouts (A4, A5, euro, euro flyers in a spread; A1-A4 posters; stickers; business cards);
- delivery of manufactured products to the offices of the Western region.
The subject of purchase includes 1 lot.
To participate in the prequalification, the supplier must:
1. Get acquainted with the information on the procurement process of PJSC "VimpelCom" (file "Procurement process").
2. Fill out the QUESTIONNAIRE OF the PARTICIPANT OF the PROCUREMENT EVENT, providing in PDF format (a scan with the signature of an authorized person).
3. Provide constituent documents (Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, certified by the State Tax Service, dated no earlier than August 2022 (electronic signature is allowed); Charter; Order on the appointment of the General Director and the current Decision on the election/appointment of the head; Copy of the certificate of state registration (OGRN); Copy of the certificate of assignment of the TIN)
4. Familiarize yourself with the qualification requirements by providing a PDF scan of the qualification questionnaire (as well as a tabular version to simplify processing) and scans of supporting documents.
5. Fill out the Questionnaire of a potential supplier.
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
1. The participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
2. Each scanned document should be saved to a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing several pages and appendices should also be grouped into one file;
3. Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.

The package of documents must be attached when responding to this prequalification no later than 16-00 (Moscow time) on August 22, 2022 or sent to the e-mail address of the procurement Department of the Western Region of PJSC VimpelCom: Tender_NWR@spb.beeline.ru .
This invitation is not a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail obligations for PJSC VimpelCom provided for in these articles.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
