Comments: To participate in the prequalification, the supplier must:
1. Read the Privacy Statement;
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC VimpelCom means acceptance of the terms of the "Privacy Statement", and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the "Privacy Statement" in accordance with applicable law.
2. Unpack the archive with documentation and get acquainted with the list of works and the letter of invitation.
3. Within the deadline set in the announcement, upload the following documents to the B2B platform:
3.1. the completed questionnaire of the participant of the ZM (procurement event) in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal);
3.2. a completed questionnaire of a potential supplier in EXCEL format;
3.3. completed Qualification requirement in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal);
3.4. a completed questionnaire for financial verification in EXCEL format;
3.5. accounting statements for 2018, 2019, 2020 with the mark of the Federal Tax Service;
3.6. the charter documents of the Organization.
Attention! The archive with the documents is password-protected, the password to the archive is specified in the file "Privacy Statement".
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
1. The participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
2. Each scanned document should be saved to a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing several pages and applications should also be grouped into one file;
3. Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.

The package of documents must be attached when responding to the preliminary qualification selection for application No. 2801942 no later than 11:00 (Moscow time) on November 02, 2021.
This invitation is not a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail obligations for PJSC VimpelCom provided for in these articles.
