PJSC “VimpelCom“ invites your organization to participate in the Preliminary Qualification Selection (hereinafter referred to as PKO) for the formation of a list of participants in the procurement event for the selection of suppliers to perform work on the design and construction of the VOC on the infrastructure of FSUE "RSVO" in the St. Petersburg branch of the Western region of PJSC “VimpelCom” for a period of 1 year.Collapse

Work on the design and construction of KLS and TC at the infrastructure facilities of FSUE "RSVO" on the territory of the St. Petersburg branch of the Western Region of PJSC "VimpelCom"
Comments: To participate in the prequalification, the supplier must:
1. Read the Privacy Statement;
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC VimpelCom means acceptance of the terms of the "Privacy Statement", and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the "Privacy Statement" in accordance with applicable law.
2. Unpack the archive with documentation and get acquainted with the list of works and the letter of invitation.
3. Upload the following documents to the B2B platform within the deadline set in the announcement:
3.1. the completed Questionnaire of the participant of the ZM (procurement event) in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal);
3.2. a completed questionnaire of a potential supplier in EXCEL format;
3.3. completed Qualification requirement in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal);
3.4. statutory documents of the Organization
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, certified by the State Tax Service, dated no earlier than May 2022 (electronic signature is allowed);
- Charter;
- An order on the appointment of the General Director and an up-to-date Decision on the election/appointment of the head;
- a copy of the certificate of state registration (OGRN);
- a copy of the TIN assignment certificate.
Attention! The archive with the documents is password-protected, the password to the archive is specified in the file "Privacy Statement".
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
1. The participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
2. Each scanned document should be saved to a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing several pages and appendices should also be grouped into one file;
3. Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
I PAY ATTENTION!
The package of documents must be attached when responding to the preliminary qualification selection for application No. 2993550 no later than 15 - 00 (Moscow time) on June 03, 2022.
This invitation is not a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail obligations for PJSC VimpelCom provided for in these articles.
Venue of bidding:
