Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

This procedure for requesting proposals is not a contest and its conduct is not governed by articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1065, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.

The customer has the right to hold stage 2 (rebid) in case of obtaining unsatisfactory result in the first stage. Not more than 30% of CLAIMS WITH THE BEST PRICES FROM THE GENERAL NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
