Auto-extension

The product must meet the Buyer's raw material specifications (see the attached documentation).
The mandatory tender package includes:

• Specification with manufacturer translation (reflecting all indicators).
• TR TC Declaration of Conformity.
• List of major customers, implementations, projects implemented, items of equipment delivered;
• Company charter (for tender winner), if available (no IP is requested);
• Copies of certified financial statements (if the company makes financial statements) for the last reporting period and certified tax returns (VAT, income tax, OOS) for the latter reporting period at the time of reporting;
• Tax Accounting Certificate;
• Certificate of entry to the EGRUL (Unified State Register of Legal Entities) or EGRIP (for sole proprietors);
• Document (order, order, power of attorney, bank card) confirming the signature right and sample signatures of the supervisor, chief accountant, or authorized signing financial documents (including invoices, invoices);
• Certificate of no tax and charge indebtedness from IFNS (Tax Indebtedness for tender purposes shall be received for no more than 1 month at the time of tender);
• Certification letter of dealer/distributor status from manufacturer (if applicable);
• Extract from EGRUL or EGRIP with a date of issuance no later than 10 days;
• Protocol (decision, order) appointing (election) of the head of the organization, the order for the appointment of a senior accountant;
• Certificate of ownership or lease for office space at the actual location;
• Average number of workers for the preceding calendar year (KND Form 1110018);
IMPORTANT: The lack of participant documentation listed as mandatory in the procedure may result in a rejection of the participant's proposal. Documentation that does not comply with the requirements and forms specified in the notification, the Organizer has the right to reject and recognize this documentation and, therefore, not conforming to the requirements of this procedures.

IMPORTANT: Due to the possibility of tax risks and risks of failing to comply with the terms of the contract, the tender organizer reserves the right to not allow before the final bidding, or to exclude from comparative analysis of a company with 1-2 employees.
After bidding, the bid price of the Applicant becomes fixed and cannot be increased.
6. Organization/documentation that does not comply with the requirements and forms specified in the notification, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and to recognize the documentation and the Applicant as not appropriate the requirements of this competitive procedure.
The winner (s) of the bidder are approved by the chairman of the tender committee, based on the results of all cumulative factors (price, deferred payment, payment terms, warranty, etc. Rusagro standard terms)

This procedure of requesting proposals is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of part two of the Russian Civil Code. Therefore, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the customer.
Place of the procedure: This procedure is conducted electronically at the B2B-Center Group's ETP (www.b2b-center.ru). Participant proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document
