Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

The volume is indicated in accordance with the planned consumption (volume correction +/- is possible)

The goods must meet the specifications for the raw materials of the Buyer (see attached documentation).
The required package of tender documents for participation includes:

• Specification with manufacturer's translation (with reflection of all indicators).
• Declaration of Conformity with TR CU.
• List of major clients, implementations, completed projects, names of supplied equipment;
• Charter of the company (for the winner of the tender), if any (not requested from the individual entrepreneur);
• Copies of certified financial statements (if the company prepares financial statements) for the last reporting period and certified tax returns (for VAT, income tax, STS) for the last reporting period at the time of reporting;
• Tax registration certificate;
• Certificate of making an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities) or EGRIP (for individual entrepreneurs);
• Document (order, order, power of attorney, bank card) confirming the right to sign and samples of signatures of the manager, chief accountant or authorized persons signing financial documents (including invoices, consignment notes);
• Certificate of absence of tax arrears from the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate (Certificate of tax arrears for the purposes of the tender must be received no more than 1 month in advance at the time of the tender);
• A letter of confirmation of the status of a dealer / distributor from the manufacturer (if applicable);
• Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or EGRIP with the date of issue no later than 10 days;
• Protocol (decision, order) on the appointment (election) of the head of the organization, order on the appointment of the chief accountant;
• Certificate of ownership or lease agreement for office space at the actual location;
• Information on the average number of employees for the previous calendar year (form KND 1110018);
IMPORTANT: the absence of the participant's documentation, indicated as mandatory in the procedure, may lead to rejection of the consideration of the participant's proposal. Documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notification, the Organizer has the right to reject and recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the participant does not meet the requirements of this procedure.

IMPORTANT: due to the possibility of tax risks and risks of non-fulfillment of the terms of the contract, the organizer of the tender reserves the right not to admit to the final auction, or exclude from the comparative analysis a company with 1-2 employees.
After the auction, the Bidder's offer price becomes fixed and cannot be increased.
6. Organization / documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without giving reasons and recognize this documentation and the Applicant as not complying with the requirements of this competitive procedure.
The winner (s) of the auction is approved by the chairman of the tender committee, based on the results of all cumulative factors (price, deferred payment, terms of payment, guarantee, and other standard conditions of Rusagro)

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the customer.
