If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment shall be made by the Buyer provided that the Supplier has submitted a duly executed invoice to the Buyer. The buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within twenty (20) calendar days from the date of delivery of goods (works, services) and the Parties sign the Certificate of Handover (Act implementation services, works) or other document confirming delivery (performance of services, works).
Delivery terms:One-time purchase of the entire volume units. Price including the manufacture and delivery to the warehouse.
Georeferencing:Moscow region, Ramenskoye district, Sofinskoye settlement, Britovo village, industrial zone of SST LLC, buildings 3 and 5

This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose on the organizer of the corresponding amount of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to refuse them all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability
