Requirements for spacecraft:
1) Provision of samples / CPUs before the start of mass production and after the implementation of the project, the possibility of the presence of a Magnit employee at the makeready; Selection of a supplier for the implementation of the project according to the results of sample testing. Mandatory compliance of the sample with the source of the layout in CMYK and PANTONE layouts.

2) Development of a manual for RIM and its printing for each set of RIM (1 piece, A4 size), preparation of a manual for RIM by means of a spacecraft + inserting it into each set of RIM
3) Generation of a graphic barcode, creation of markings for a set, creation of an information sheet for a pallet using spacecraft. Packing of RIM kits according to the application, delivery to 35 RC no later than 01/22/2021, to 12 Magnit Pharma no later than 01/08/2021. It is necessary to take into account the possible downtime at the DC for 1-2 days.
4) The possibility of making minor changes to the application, the CA should be flexible.
5) The presence of our own designer in the staff for the development of the design of the RIM based on the promotion provided by Key Visual.
6) Possibility of storing spare RIMs in the spacecraft warehouse.
7) The Customer has the right to reduce / increase the number of RIMs unilaterally, by 15% of the amount agreed by the parties in this Specification or Order, notifying the Supplier 7 calendar days before the upcoming changes, but no later than 5 days before the upcoming delivery. In this case, the rest of the delivery terms, including the terms of the price and the deferred payment, remain unchanged.
