When applying for participation, indicating the total value for the position, consider that the price of 1 pc must be indicated taking into account the hundredths-mark (not more). In order to avoid the risk of providing an incorrect price for 1 unit (more than 2 decimal places), we recommend when bidding to specify the cost for 1 piece, taking into account the hundredth mark, and not the total cost positions.
Requirements for participants:
1) Provision of samples/CPU before the launch of mass production and after the implementation of the project, the possibility of presence on the debugging of the employee Magnet.Selection of the supplier for the project sample test results. Mandatory appropriate sample to the source layout in the layout CMYK and PANTONE.
Provision of samples to the customer in the amount of 2 pieces for each RIM.
2) Development of instructions for RIM and its printing on each set of RIM (1 piece, size A4), preparation of instructions for the RIM forces of the CA + putting it into each set of ROME
3) Generation of graphic SHK, creation of markings for the kit, creation of an information sheet for pallets by the forces of the CA. Packing of RIM kits according to the application.
4) Preliminary descent of layouts on lots 1 and 2 - 11.06.2021. Delivery for 36 RC until 16.07.2021. Preliminary descent of layouts on lot 3 - 28.06.2021. Delivery for 36 RC until 18.07.2021.
There are possible shifts in terms of delivery of layouts and project implementation.
5) It is necessary to take into account the possible simple on the RC within 1-2 days.

9) The Customer shall have the right to reduce/increase unilaterally the amount of RIM, by 15% of the agreed by the parties in this Specification or Order, notifying the Supplier 7 calendar days prior to the forthcoming changes, but not later than 5 days before the upcoming delivery. At the same time, the remaining terms of delivery, including price and deferral terms, remain unchanged.
