Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension

Mandatory conditions:
1. Payment terms - 100% post-payment, with a deferred payment of 60 calendar days.
2. The files "Mandatory conditions for the "and "Appendix 6.3. Bidder Card" are required to be filled in. Contractual Counterparty.

7. Specify the validity period of the Commercial Proposal (at least 1 month).
8. Specify the deadline for project confirmation.
9. Contractual counterparty's consent that the choice of any of the lots is on the customer's side, taking into account economic feasibility.
10. Mandatory to fill in the file from the Contractual counterparty: "The volume of the number of pallets"
11.Upload and attach the document "Extract from the legal entity assessment service".

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
