Payment terms:Payment is made by the Buyer subject to receipt from the Supplier of an invoice duly issued in the Buyer's name for payment. The Buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (work, services) and the signing of the Act by the Parties acceptance and transfer (Certificate of Services, Works Performance) or other document confirming delivery (services, works).
