Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Deferred payment within 30 banking days.
Payment is made separately for each print run of the newspaper on the basis of an invoice issued by the Contractor and signed certificates of work performed.
Delivery terms:The products are delivered in batches in the amount of one print run of each edition every month. The runs are sorted into packs weighing from 6 to 9 kg, each pack is packed in kraft paper, cellophane or bag. The acceptance and transfer point is on the territory of the supplier for counterparties from the Novosibirsk Region. The delivery time is no more than 5 working days from the date of receipt from the Customer of the computer layout of the publication.
