PJSC VimpelCom invites your company to participate in the Prequalification of contractors in the category of Production and supply of printed products in the Central Region (Volga+Ural) of PJSC VimpelCom for 2022-2024.

Qualification will take place in 2 stages:
1. Request and verification of documents for Qualification requirements.
2. Request and evaluation of printed materials samples among the Participants who passed the 1st stage.
The commercial stage of the purchase (KP request) will be conducted only among Participants who have passed both stages of Qualification.
To apply for participation in the procurement event and the qualification stage, it is necessary:
1. Read and fill out the documents for participation (in the attachment package of documents).
2. Provide the completed "new Participant Questionnaire" (all sheets) in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal) and WORD.
3. Accept the Requirements of VimpelCom, reflected in the attached documents, or provide a reasoned proposal for making changes /clarifications to the Requirements. VimpelCom, for its part, considers such proposals/changes and notifies the Participant of acceptance/rejection of the specified proposals/clarifications of the Participant.
4. Provide completed and signed Qualification requirements in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal) and EXCEL. In the qualification requirements file, it is necessary to fill in the cells highlighted in yellow, indicate the "Participant's Answer" opposite each criterion (YES/NO), if there are comments on the criterion, reflect it in the "Comment" field. Please note that the “Block Factor” criterion is a mandatory compliance criterion, otherwise your company will not be able to qualify.
5. Provide all required supporting documents in accordance with the points of the Qualification requirements (column – “D").

The completed and signed documents must be attached to the B2B-Center site in this ad.
Based on the results of checking for the presence (absence) of interaction risks and reviewing the submitted documents for the first stage of Qualification, VimpelCom forms a list of Participants who meet the mandatory requirements. Such Participants will be able to continue participating in the Procurement, receive clarifying requests and/or additional requirements, and will also be able to provide samples for evaluation and passing the second stage of Qualification. Each Participant will be notified in writing about the result of the Qualification.
