Auto-extension

In parallel with the competition, devices are tested, therefore, when choosing a winner, all proposals that are successfully tested will be taken into account (at the time of the decision).

A procurement participant may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of filing.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing from the competition all affiliated participants.
