Payment terms:
The buyer shall make payment by means of transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account in accordance with the following procedure: 100% of the value of goods shall be paid during 60 (sixty) calendar days after receiving the goods from the Transportation Company at the Buyer's warehouse. The price for the goods is specified excluding VAT -18%, including all customs dues, cost of packaging and transportation expenses for delivery to the Buyer's warehouse in Zheleznogorsk-Ilimsky, Irkutsk Region.
Delivery terms:
Delivery term: within 30 days after signing of the supply agreement as worded by the Buyer. The Supplier shall deliver the goods to the Buyer's warehouse in Zheleznogorsk-Ilimsky, Irkutsk Region at his expense and using his own resources. Manufacturers' and quality certificates confirming the quality of the goods are required. The supplied products shall be new, not reconditioned. When dispatching of goods, it is required to notify the Buyer and provide the copies of invoices, TORG-12 form and the documents confirming the dispatching of the goods via the Transportation Company.

Comments: 1. The products shall be produced in Russian Federation or CIS countries. 2. Original manufacturer's packaging with logos is required. 3. Manufacturer's/ quality certificate is required for each type of products. 4. Quality certificates shall be attached for each lot. 5. When submitting a bid, it is required to provide the documents in accordance with the attached list. 6. Entering into agreement for supply in the Buyer's wording, without making changes or additions. Simultaneously with submission of a quotation, the bidder shall attach the copies of the constituent documents (see the purchase documentation for more information, it shall be done when submitting a bid. One of the most important criteria for evaluation of bids is the extension of the payment term. Preferred extension of payment – 60 days and over, starting from delivery date. Indispensable requirement – the products shall be new, certificate of quality and certificates of origin are required. The company which is declared the winner shall enter into the supply agreement within 5 days, the agreement shall be as worded by OAO Korshunov Metallurgical Plant (see the attached file). Please, note that this request procedure is not a notification on a tender or a public offer and it is not subject to Articles No. 447-449 and Articles 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding volume of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer and it reserves his right to reject all received proposals for any reason or to terminate the prequalification procedure in any time without bearing responsibilities towards the Bidders.
