Payment of goods shall be made by the buyer within 45 calendar days after the end of the month in which the delivery was effected.

1. The cost of production includes the cost of delivery to the city of Kogalym (transportation costs are not reimbursed separately).

When transporting, the marking must conform to GOST 14192, contain the manipulation signs and the following data:

- Types of foaming agent (AFFF, FFFP, AFFF/AR-LV, S, S/AR);
- Concentration of working solution,%;
- Temperature of hardening, ° с;
- Number of seats in the party;
- Weight (net), kg;
- Date of manufacture (number, month, year);
- chemical nature of software;
- Temperature range of the software storage, ° с;
- Warranty period of software storage, years;
- Quality indicators of the software according to the results of tests;
- Signatures of the manufacturer's responsible persons.
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
