Comments: A commercial proposal (hereinafter - KP) must be drawn up on an official form with the seal and signature of the head and attached to the loading documentation.
Commercial proposal shall specify:
1) Cost of goods and materials with VAT, including packaging. The cost shall be ultimate, fixed and shall include all the additional expenses (packaging, labeling, etc.).
2) The products must be new, not used, not restored, not be an exhibition model, free from the rights of third parties.
3) validity period of the commercial proposal.
4) - participants who did not enclose the Commercial proposal on the letterhead of the company are not accepted for consideration

This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This request for proposals is not a bidding, and does not impose obligations on the Organizer to conclude an agreement on the results of the procedure.
