Payment terms:Non-cash payment with the opening of a Treasury account.
Advance payment of no more than 25 (Twenty-five) % of the cost of each Specification is carried out within 5 (Five) banking days from the date of signing the Agreement, payment in the amount of 75 (seventy-five) % of the Contract value within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of delivery of the Goods in full to the warehouse /facility of the Consignee for each Specification.
Delivery terms:Delivery of goods to the address, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Yakutsk, Pokrovsky tract 7 km (Military unit quarter).
Unloading of goods at the construction site is carried out by the Buyer. The Buyer notifies the Seller of the required delivery date no later than 3 (three) business days before the delivery date.
