ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО ПОДКРЕПИТЬ КОММЕРЧЕКОЕ ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИЕ Необходимо обязательно заполнить файл "дополнительные поля предложений" см. закупочную документацию.
1) Критерии выбора наилучшего предложения: качество, срок поставки, стоимость, условия оплаты, опыт работы;
2) Данная процедура запроса предложения не является конкурсом и ее проведение не регулируется статьями 447-449 ч.1 ГК РФ;
3) Данная процедура также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057-1061 ч.2 ГК РФ;
Таким образом, данная процедура запроса предложения не накладывает на Заказчика соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств
4) В ТКП необходимо указать:
- Цена с НДС, с учетом доставки на склад покупателя по указанным реквизитам
- Стоимость доставки на склад покупателя
- адрес отгрузки
- Срок поставки
-Отношение к продукции (производитель, дилер, свободный продавец)
- Условия оплаты
- Гарантийный срок на ТМЦ
- Вид упаковки
