Delivery terms:Delivery time of the Goods: within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing the contract. Delivery of the Goods is carried out by delivery to the Buyer's warehouse at the address: 141400, Moscow Region, Khimki, st. Burdenko, 1. Working hours of warehouses: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9-00 to 16-00, Friday from 9-00 to 15-00, Tuesday - no goods are accepted.

This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
