Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

This trade procedure does not constitute an auction or tender, does not fall under Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the Customer's legal obligation to choose a supplier.
