In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow a sufficient degree of confidence to verify the integrity of the Supplier, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent delivery of materials by the Supplier, including, but not limited to: extract from the staffing table with attached copies of employment contracts of persons involved for delivery, information on the ownership or right of lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / fur nisms, vehicles.
In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
