Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

An application for participation in the trading procedure on the e-marketplace of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru) must be submitted with an indication of the rate in rubles, while, without fail, attach a commercial offer in the form of Appendix 2.
Applications submitted on the B2B-Center ETP without a commercial proposal completed in the form (Appendix 2) will not be taken into account.
