3. The cost of operation of equipment and transport are valid from 01.01.2020 to 31.12.2020.
4. Availability of permits for carrying out works on the lot.
5. Availability of own specialized equipment (or existence of contracts with transport contractors) for carrying out works on dismantling - relocation - installation of VU with provision of cost of transport tariffs.$
6. Availability of qualified personnel, with the necessary training (qualification).
7. Application of the commercial offer on the letterhead is mandatory.
