Comments: Подрядчики должны предоставлять утвержденные руководителем предприятия списки лиц ответственных за безопасное производство работ. На основании этих списков Заказчик выпускает распоряжение по допуску этих работников к выполнению работ.
Персонал Подрядных организаций должен иметь необходимые квалификационные удостоверения. Ответственность за квалификацию рабочих и соблюдение персоналом правил ОТиПБ несет Подрядчик.
