Payment terms:
Payment priority: Payment is made by the Customer within 60 (sixty) calendar days after the signing of the acts performed. The other payment options are considered, which will be assessed in conjunction with other terms of performance (total cost, time, etc.)
Delivery terms:
1. Availability of SRO for work;
2. Availability of qualified personnel;
3. The performer performs the work with his mechanisms, tools and fixtures, and uses the technical solutions necessary to complete the full volume of work.
4. At the end of installation, perform dynamic and static tests.
5. At the end of work, the specifications must comply with the passport data of the crane manufacturer's factory.

Comments: 1. The participant who participated in the procedure (who made an offer) must provide an estimated calculation for the work before the application deadline.
2. This request is not a notification of the holding of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
3. The contractor is required to do the work in-house. Third-party involvement is permitted solely with the prior written permission of the Customer.
4. By sending an offer (offer) The Contractor guarantees that he is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Customer, Contractor is required to provide tax statements for the last reporting period certified by the tax authority.
In case there is no tax reporting or does not provide sufficient confidence in the Contractor's integrity, the Customer may request other documents that prove the possibility of Contractor's own work, including but not limited to: an extraction from the staffing table with copies of employment contracts of persons involved in the work, ownership or lease: office, warehouse, production space, equipment/tools/machinery, vehicles.
If the documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
5. The cost of the materials and equipment used, including transportation costs and warehousing costs, is confirmed by payment documents when the work is completed. The cost of materials and equipment is compensated to the Contractor for the actual selling cost of purchase, based on transportation and storage costs based on accounting, warehouse and production accounting, taking into account optimal delivery patterns, but not more than the amount of funds provided for by the estimated documentation and the price of the Treaty.
6. Contractor's cost associated with paying VAT to material suppliers and other organizations (VAT compensation) is confirmed by payment documents upon receipt work done. The VAT paid is compensated to the Contractor for the actual holiday cost of purchasing resources and services received based on accounting, warehousing and production records, but not more than the amount provided for by the estimated documentation and the price of the Treaty.
7. The Customer reviews all offers, regardless of the possibility of providing the documents. Participants who submit an application agreeing to provide the above documents will have a competitive advantage.
