Comments: 1. The validity of the proposal (offer) must be at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission;
2. Mandatory requirement - uploading a price offer signed by an authorized person and the seal of the organization;
3. The contract is strictly as amended by the Buyer (attached);
4. For participating companies that did not have a contractual relationship with Mechel-Coke LLC, it is mandatory to upload documents strictly according to the List (attached);

Please note that the request for quotations (offers) is not a bid, incl. competition and / or auction, and its conduct is not governed by articles 447–449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure for requesting prices (offers) is also not a public tender and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 of part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for price (offer) request does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding amount of civil law obligations.
7. The term for concluding the contract is 20 business days after the approval of the protocol and the submission of the contract on paper. After the conclusion of the contract, the Organizer sends appropriate notifications to the System, which is the completion of the procedure in the System.
