Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:WITHOUT ADVANCE PAYMENT. Payment of performed works is made within 7 banking days from the moment of signing closing documents by both parties on the basis of the provided invoice.

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1065, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
MANDATORY TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN TENDER - departure to the facility for clarification of all technical issues before submission of the tender offer.
The bidder must provide a commercial offer WITHOUT VAT.
The procedure will necessarily be carried out a PETROPLE.
The contract is concluded according to the standard form of the Customer and the protocol of disagreements is NOT accepted.
