The technical and commercial proposal must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TAP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TAP will be rejected. It is also necessary to fill out and attach Annexes 2-7 (commercial, technical) and consider the standard form of the contract (Annex 8). It is necessary to provide technical, commercial proposals according to Appendices 7 (technical, commercial) certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression. The offers must strictly correspond to the data specified on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached commercial, technical proposals and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the KP will be rejected.
